Проєктування технологічного процесу виготовлення корпусу ВТ 69.347-80.10.01

Abstract

Записка: 52 с., 13 рис., 19 табл., 4 додатки, 7 літературних джерел. Об’єкт розробки: корпус ВТ 69.347–80.10.01 «оболонки обігріву» кульового крана DN80, PN16. Мета роботи: підвищення ефективності технологічного процесу виготовлення корпусу ВТ 69.347–80.10.01. Виконаний аналіз службового призначення кульового крана і корпусу та умов їх експлуатації. Проаналізовані і доповнені технічні вимоги креслення деталі «Корпус». За коефіцієнтом закріплення операцій визначений тип виробництва – дрібносерійний, та форма його організації – групова. Виконаний аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі за якісними показниками. Вибраний спосіб одержання заготовки – штамповка на КГШП, розроблені технічні вимоги до її виготовлення. Виконаний аналіз технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі, вибрані і обґрунтовані схеми базування і закріплення заготовок на двох операціях: 015 «Токарна з ЧПК» і 040 «Свердлильна з ЧПК». Розраховані припуски і граничні розміри за технологічними переходами на внутрішню поверхню діаметром 124Н9(+0,1; 0) мм. Запропоновані нові моделі верстатів, верстатні пристрої, різальний та вимірювальний інструменти, розраховані режими різання та норми часу на наведені операції. Спроектований верстатний пристрій для свердління чотирьох отворів на операції 040 «Свердлильна з ЧПК». Розроблені заходи для вирішування питань, пов’язаних з охороною праці та безпекою на робочих місцях працюючих.

The purpose of the work: increasing the efficiency of the technological process of manufacturing the body of VT 69.347–80.10.01. The analysis of the service purpose of the ball crane and the housing and the conditions of their operation has been carried out. The technical requirements of the "Body" part drawing were analyzed and supplemented. The type of production is small-batch, and the form of its organization is group-based. The analysis of the manufacturability of the design of the part according to quality indicators was carried out. The selected method of obtaining the workpiece is stamping on KGSHP, technical requirements for its production have been developed. The analysis of the technological process of manufacturing the part was carried out, the schemes of basing and fixing the workpieces were selected and substantiated in two operations: 015 "Turning machine with CHPK" and 040 "Drilling machine with CHPK". Calculated allowances and limit sizes for technological transitions to the inner surface with a diameter of 124Н9(+0.1; 0) mm. New models of machine tools, machine tools, cutting and measuring tools, calculated cutting modes and time standards for the given operations. Designed a machine tool for drilling four holes for operation 040 "Drilling with ChPK". Measures have been developed to resolve issues related to occupational health and safety at the workplaces of employees.
