Abstract

Основний зміст кваліфікаційної бакалаврської роботи викладено на 71 сторінці, у тому числі список використаних джерел з 63 найменувань. Робота містить 12 таблиць, 2 рисунків та 6 додатків. Мета кваліфікаційної бакалаврської роботи полягає у обгрунтування теоретичних засад щодо управління товарним асортиментом підприємства та розробка можливих шляхів його удосконалення. Завдання: розкрити сутність, роль та значення системи управління товарним асортиментом в ринкових умовах; − розкрити науково-методичні аспекти оцінки ефективності процесу управління товарним асортиментом підприємства; − провести діагностику техніко-економічних показників господарювання ФОП «Черевички»; − запропонувати шляхи удосконалення організаційного забезпечення системи управління товарним асортиментом ФОП «Черевички»; − запропонувати методику використання нової системи управління товарним асортиментом підприємства та показати економічний ефект від запропонованих заходів. Об'єктом дослідження є процес управління товарним асортиментом підприємства ФОП «Черевички». Предмет дослідження – теоретичні і практичні аспекти управління товарним асортиментом підприємства ФОП «Черевички». Методи дослідження. Теоретико-методологічною основою даної роботи є положення економічної теорії, розвитку економічних систем, організації і управління торгівлею, фундаментальні монографічні праці та публікації зарубіжних і вітчизняних дослідників.

Task: to reveal the essence, role and meaning of the product assortment management system in market conditions; − reveal the scientific and methodological aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of the company's product range management process; − carry out a diagnosis of the technical and economic indicators of the management of the "Cherevychka" FOP; − to propose ways to improve the organizational support of the product assortment management system of the Cherevichka FOP; − to propose a method of using the new product range management system of the enterprise and to show the economic effect of the proposed measures. The object of the study is the process of managing the product range of the enterprise "Cherevychky". The subject of the research is the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the product range of the enterprise "Cherevychki". Research methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of this work is the provisions of economic theory, development of economic systems, organization and management of trade, fundamental monographic works and publications of foreign and domestic researchers.
