Abstract

Світова спільнота переживає складний етап глобалізації суспільних процесів, що зумовлено, зокрема, розвитком інформаційних технологій. Глобалізація охопила економічну, політичну, культурну сфери суспільства, що обумовило актуальність даної роботи. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження особливостей державного управління в умовах глобалізації та інформатизації економіки. Для реалізації мети необхідно вирішити наступні завдання: - дослідити поняття та сутність державного управління в умовах глобалізації та інформатизації економіки; - визначити особливості державного управління в умовах глобалізації та інформатизації економіки; - дослідити зарубіжний досвід державного управління в умовах глобалізації та інформатизації економіки; - дослідити механізми розвитку інформаційної економіки в Україні; - визначити вплив глобалізації на економіку України; - дослідити аналіз впливу війни в Україні на вітчизняну економіку; - дослідити удосконалення системи оцінки ефективності державного управління в умовах глобалізації та інформатизації; - визначити переваги глобалізації та інформатизації - фактор нового рівня державного управління економікою. Об’єктом є процес дослідження особливостей державного управління в умовах глобалізації та інформатизації економіки. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні засади державного управління в умовах глобалізації та інформатизації економіки. Методологічною основою дослідження виступають різноманітні методи обробки даних, а саме: порівняльний аналіз, монографічний метод, метод наукової абстракції, індукції та дедукції, аналізу і синтезу, логічний методи.

The world community is going through a difficult stage of globalization of social processes, which is caused, in particular, by the development of information technologies. Globalization has covered the economic, political, and cultural spheres of society, which determined the relevance of this work. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the peculiarities of state administration in the conditions of globalization and informatization of the economy. For implementation the following tasks must be solved: - to investigate the concept and essence of public administration in the conditions of globalization and informatization of the economy; - to determine the peculiarities of state administration in the conditions of globalization and informatization of the economy; - to study the foreign experience of public administration in the conditions globalization and informatization of the economy; - to investigate the mechanisms of information economy development in Ukraine; - determine the impact of globalization on the economy of Ukraine; - to analyze the impact of the war in Ukraine on the domestic economy; - to investigate the improvement of the system for assessing the effectiveness of public administration in the conditions of globalization and informatization; - determine the advantages of globalization and informatization - a factor of a new level of state management of the economy. The object is the process of researching the peculiarities of state administration in the conditions of globalization and informatization of the economy. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations of economic management in the conditions of globalization and informatization of the economy. Various methods of data processing are the methodological basis of the research, namely: comparative analysis, monographic method, method of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, logical methods.
