Managerial peculiarities of the enterprise in oils production field (сase study of LLC “Naftaproduct”)

Abstract

У роботі розглянуті унікальні аспекти реалізації чотирьох управлінських функцій – планування, організації, керівництва та контролю – в умовах нафтовидобувних підприємств. Аналіз функції планування включатиме встановлення виробничих цілей і завдань, а також розробку стратегій розвитку продукту, розширення ринку та зростання галузі. Організаційна функція включатиме розробку організаційної структури та відділів, ефективний розподіл ресурсів на підприємстві та координацію виробничих процесів, ланцюга постачання та логістики. Провідна функція включатиме розробку стилів лідерства, поширених у галузі, і стратегій мотивації співробітників для підвищення продуктивності та ефективності. Функція контролінгу буде зосереджена на впровадженні механізмів забезпечення якості та контролю відповідності, а також на моніторингу показників ефективності та ключових показників ефективності. В роботі розглянуті особливості управління конкретним представницьким підприємством цієї галузі під назвою ТОВ «Нафтапродукт» та описані заходи, вжиті компанією для подолання поточних викликів галузі та конкретних проблем. Крім того, в роботі надані рекомендації, засновані на реальному досвіді компанії, щодо вдосконалення її стратегій, технологій, систем ланцюга постачання, дотримання екологічних норм та інших практик.

The work examines the unique aspects of the implementation of four management functions - planning, organization, management and control - in the conditions of oil production enterprises. Analysis of the planning function will include setting production goals and objectives, as well as developing strategies for product development, market expansion, and industry growth. The organizational function will include the development of the organizational structure and departments, the efficient allocation of resources in the enterprise and the coordination of production processes, supply chain and logistics. Lead function will include development of leadership styles prevalent in the industry and employee motivation strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. The controlling function will focus on implementing quality assurance and compliance mechanisms, as well as monitoring performance indicators and key performance indicators. The work examines the management features of a specific representative enterprise of this industry called "Naftaproduct" LLC and describes the measures taken by the company to overcome the current challenges of the industry and specific problems. In addition, the work provides recommendations, based on the company's real experience, regarding the improvement of its strategies, technologies, supply chain systems, compliance with environmental regulations and other practices.
