Аграрне питання в роки Української Революції у 1917-1921 роках

Abstract

Метою даної роботи є дослідження аграрного питання в добу Української революції 1917-1921 років. Актуальність обраної теми обумовлена тим, що земельне питання й аграрні зміни в Україні мають досить глибоке підґрунтя. Саме вони значною мірою визначали долю переважної частини населення, а разом з тим і могутність держави – її економіку, стабільність, дипломатичні та воєнні успіхи. Особливо це характерно для обраного історичного періоду. У першому розділі розглянуто розвиток сільського господарства в Україні напередодні революційних подій 1917-1921 рр., а також шляхи вирішення аграрного питання, що пропонувалися тогочасними провідними політичними партіями, які входили до складу Української Центральної Ради. Другий – присвячений послідовному розгляду аграрної політики українських урядів: Гетьманату П. Скоропадського, Директорії, ЗУНР. Третій – планам та заходам по реформуванню аграрного сектора більшовицькими та «білогвардійськими» урядами А. Денікіна та П. Врангеля.

The purpose of this work is to study the agrarian issue during the Ukrainian revolution of 1917-1921. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the fact that the land issue and agrarian changes in Ukraine have a rather deep foundation. They largely determined the fate of the majority of the population, and at the same time, the power of the state - its economy, stability, diplomatic and military successes. This is especially characteristic of the selected historical period. The first chapter examines the development of agriculture in Ukraine on the eve of the revolutionary events of 1917-1921, as well as the ways of solving the agrarian issue proposed by the then leading political parties that were part of the Ukrainian Central Rada. The second one is dedicated to the successive review of the agrarian policy of the Ukrainian governments: the Hetmanate of P. Skoropadskyi, the Directorate, ZUNR. The third - plans and measures to reform the agrarian sector by the Bolshevik and "White Guard" governments of A. Denikin and P. Wrangel.
