Особливості найму соціального житла в сучасних реаліях війни в Україні

Abstract

На сучасному етапі суспільного розвитку, в умовах реформування економічної та соціальної системи, модернізації усіх сфер сучасного життя питання реалізації права на забезпечення житлом набувають особливого значення. Інститут соціального найму житла є одним з правових засобів здійснення соціальної політики України, спрямований на забезпечення гідних умов життя визначеним в законі категоріям громадян. Нажаль, житлова проблема в Україні й на теперішній час залишається невирішеною, особливо в сучасних реаліях війни.

At the current stage of social development, in the conditions of reforming the economic and social system, modernization of all spheres of modern life, the issue of realizing the right to housing is of particular importance. The Institute of Social Housing Rental is one of the legal means of implementing the social policy of Ukraine, aimed at ensuring decent living conditions for the categories of citizens defined in the law. Unfortunately, the housing problem in Ukraine still remains unresolved, especially in the modern realities of war.
