Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження пов’язана з глобальними економічними, соціальними, гуманітарними та екологічними проблемами, які потребують вирішення задля забезпечення миру, безпеки та сталого розвитку планети. Особлива роль у вирішенні питань правосуддя відводиться саме Раді Європи. Рада Європи, як одна з найавторитетніших міжнародних міжурядових організацій, є яскравим прикладом еволюції світового парламентаризму через діяльність Парламентської асамблеї. На сьогодні Парламентська асамблея є одним із найвпливовіших форумів міжпарламентської співпраці у світі. Крім того, Парламентська асамблея запровадила ідею наднаціоналізму у сфері правосуддя. Мета роботи полягає у здійсненні дослідження діяльності Ради Європи щодо розробки та впровадження спільних стандартів у сфері правосуддя. Об’єктом дослідження є суспільні відносини під час здійснення діяльності Ради Європи щодо розробки та впровадження спільних стандартів у сфері правосуддя. Предметом дослідження є діяльність Ради Європи щодо розробки та впровадження спільних стандартів у сфері правосуддя.. Основними результатами роботи стало дослідження розвитку розробки і впровадження спільних стандартів правосуддя в системі цілей і напрямків діяльності Ради Європи, а також основні проблеми та перспективи імплементації стандартів правосуддя Ради Європи в Україні.

The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the last decades of human civilization are characterized by global economic, social, humanitarian and environmental problems, as well as the need to ensure peace, security and sustainable development of the planet. The Council of Europe has a special role in solving justice issues. The Council of Europe, as one of the most authoritative international intergovernmental organizations, is a vivid example of the evolution of world parliamentarism through the activities of the Parliamentary Assembly. Today, the Parliamentary Assembly is one of the most influential forums of inter-parliamentary cooperation in the world. In addition, the Parliamentary Assembly introduced the idea of supranationalism in the field of justice. The purpose of the work is to conduct a study of the activities of the Council of Europe regarding the development and implementation of common standards in the field of justice. The object of the study is public relations during the implementation of the activities of the Council of Europe regarding the development and implementation of common standards in the field of justice.
