Abstract	Принципово нові технології, їх швидке поширення і здешевлення, зміна технологічних парадигм – поява нових секторів і нових драйверів розвитку, ускладнення і зростання глобальних ланцюгів доданої вартості є характерними рисами промислово-економічного розвитку ХХІ ст. століття. Зміцнення моделей мережевої економіки та розвиток цифрових платформ трансформують роль і місце економічної політики держави, змінюючи фокуси та інструменти впливу. Fundamentally new technologies, its rapid spread and cheapening, a change in technological paradigms - the emergence of new sectors and the appearance of new drivers of development, and the complication and growth of global value chains are peculiar features of industrial and economic development in the 21st century. The strengthening of network economy models and the development of digital platforms transform the role and place of the state’s economic policy, changing the focus and tools of influence.
