Досвід управління службою крові повоєнного часу

Abstract

В перший день повномасштабного вторгнення Президент України закликав ставати донорами крові. Українці настільки активізувалися, що створився надлишок крові. Однак через декілька місяців запаси крові та компонентів повернулися на довоєнний рівень – втричі менше, ніж рекомендує ВООЗ (33 донації на 1000 населення). Однією із країн, яка існує в умовах воєнного стану багато років, є Ізраїль. При цьому служба крові є однією з потужніших у світі, де потреба в крові та її компонентах забезпечується в повній мірі. Тому виникає необхідність в аналізі складових управління службою крові Ізраїлю, щоб перейняти цей досвід Україні. Метою роботи є виділити складові управління, що забезпечують високий рівень роботи служби крові країни в умовах повоєнного часу. Отже, складовими успішності управління службою крові Ізраїлю є: переважання виїзних зборів крові; програма страхування крові; потужна робота Асоціація добровільних донорів; підготовка молоді до майбутнього донорства; підземний центр крові. Досвід, набутий службою крові Ізраїлю, підтвердив себе у війнах і масштабних подіях, що відбуваються в країні та її околицях. Ефективність служб крові призвела до того, що Ізраїль повністю забезпечує потребу в донорах та переливанні крові. Більше того, Ізраїль надає допомогу та відправляє до зарубіжних країн і районів лиха велику кількість крові та продуктів у рамках гуманітарної діяльності MDA. Таким чином, досвід Ізраїлю свідчить про ефективність безоплатного добровільного донорства крові для забезпечення населення країни безпечною кров’ю в достаній кількості та високої якості.

On the first day of the full-scale invasion, the President of Ukraine called on people to become blood donors. The Ukrainians became so active that a surplus of blood was created. However, after a few months, blood and components stocks returned to the pre-war level - three times less than WHO recommends (33 donations per 1,000 population). One of the countries that has been under martial law for many years is Israel. At the same time, the blood service is one of the most powerful in the world, where the need for blood and its components is fully met. Therefore, there is a need to analyze the components of Israel's blood service management in order to adopt this experience in Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to highlight the management components that ensure a high level of work of the country's blood service in post-war conditions. So, the components of the successful management of Israel's blood service are: the predominance of out-of-town blood collections; blood insurance program; the powerful work of the Association of Voluntary Donors; preparing young people for future donation; underground center of blood. The experience gained by Israel's blood service has proven itself in wars and large-scale events taking place in the country and its surroundings. The efficiency of blood services has resulted in Israel fully meeting the need for donors and blood transfusions. Moreover, Israel provides aid and sends large amounts of blood and food to foreign countries and disaster areas as part of MDA's humanitarian activities. Thus, Israel's experience shows the effectiveness of free voluntary blood donation to provide the country's population with safe blood in sufficient quantity and high quality.
