Каталогізація та диджитальна архівація як засоби збереження історико-культурної спадщини України в епоху цифровізації

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано каталогізацію та діджитальну архівацію як важливий інструмент фіксації та збереження історико-культурної спадщини в епоху сучасної цифровізації. Розглянуто каталогізацію та її еле менти, основна увага приділяється етапам каталогізації, таким як ідентифікація, опис, класифікація та індек сація, які грають ключову роль у забезпеченні структурованості та доступності інформації про історико-куль турні пам’ятки. Проаналізовано міжнародні та національні стандарти каталогізації, які визначають загальні правила та норми для опису та організації інформації про історико-культурні об’єкти. Ці стандарти допома гають забезпечити єдність та узгодженість даних між різними культурними установами та організаціями. Визначено важливість ідентифікаційної картки об’єкта як засобу реєстрації інформації про історико-культур ні пам’ятники. Картка включає опис-характеристику об’єкта, і може бути використана для наукового пред метного розгляду у питаннях відновлення контексту та значення історико-культурної спадщини у формуванні сучасних наративів національної пам’яті. Автори пропонують розглядати діджитальну архівацію пам’ятників як особливий вид соціальної пам’яті, презентуючи її переваги. У заключній частині наводиться алгоритм дослі дження пам’ятника, який включає кроки та методи дослідження історико-культурних об’єктів. Цей алгоритм допомагає систематизувати та аналізувати зібрану інформацію, що сприяє більш глибокому розумінню та оцін ці цінності історико-культурної спадщини України. Усі ці аспекти статті спрямовані на висвітлення важли вості каталогізації та діджитальної архівації як ключових елементів у збереженні та популяризації істори ко-культурної спадщини України в умовах цифрової епохи. Проведене наукове дослідження виконано в рамках виконання наукового проекту НФДУ 2022.01/0073 «Діджитальна архівація пам’ятників як об’єктів публічної меморіалізації задля збереження культурної спадщини України»

The article describes cataloging and digital archiving as an important tool for recording and preserving historical and cultural heritage in the era of modern digitization. Cataloging and its elements are considered. The main attention is paid to the stages of cataloging, such as identification, description, classification and indexing, which play a key role in ensuring the structure and accessibility of information about historical and cultural monuments. The international and national standards of cataloging, which determine the general rules and regulations for the description and organization of information about historical and cultural objects, have been analyzed. These standards help ensure unity and consistency of data between different cultural institutions and organizations. The importance of the identification card of the object as a mean of registering information about historical and cultural monuments is determined. The card includes a description characteristics of the object, and can be used for scientific substantive consideration in the issues of restoration of the context and significance of the historical and cultural heritage in the formation of modern narratives of national memory. The authors propose to consider the digital archiving of monuments as a special type of social memory, presenting its advantages. The final part presents the monument research algorithm, which includes the steps and methods of researching historical and cultural objects. This algorithm helps to systematize and analyze the collected information, which contributes to a deeper understanding and assessment of the value of the historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine. All these aspects of the article are aimed to highlight the importance of cataloging and digital archiving as key elements in the preservation and popularization of the historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine in the conditions of the digital era.
