Фінансові механізми управління імпортними операціями підприємства

Abstract

Як відомо, імпортні операції пов’язані з багатьма фінансовими ризиками, такими як коливання валют, зміна тарифів і податків, що вимагає ретельного фінансового планування та контролю. Отже, ефективна стратегія підприємства щодо фінансових механізмів управління його імпортними операціями дозволить знизити витрати, покращити ланцюг поставок і підвищити конкурентоспроможність продукції підприємства на ринку. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження підходів до фінансового механізму управління імпортними операціями підприємства, сучасних особливостей та перспективних напрямів їх удосконалення. Методи дослідження – абстрактно-логічний, порівняльний, табличний, графічний метод, кейс-метод та метод кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. Основний результат роботи – У роботі досліджуються стратегії та методи управління у сфері імпорту, розглядаються ключові аспекти ефективного планування, організації та контролю імпортних операцій. У роботі подано огляд публікацій, які досліджують питання імпорту та імпортних операцій. Розглянуто методичні підходи до поняття фінансового механізму управління імпортними операціями підприємства та висвітлено сучасні особливості контролю та регулювання імпортних операцій підприємства. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність ПАТ «Технологія», фінансову звітність підприємства, розглянуто на практиці систему організації внутрішнього контролю та управління імпортними операціями досліджуваного підприємства.

As you know, import operations are associated with many financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, and changes in tariffs and taxes, which require careful financial planning and control. Therefore, an effective strategy of the enterprise regarding financial mechanisms for managing its import operations will reduce costs, improve the supply chain, and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise's products on the market. The qualification work aims to study the approaches to the financial mechanism of managing the import operations of the enterprise, modern features, and promising directions for their improvement. Research methods – abstract and logical, comparative, tabular, graphical method, case method, and method of correlation-regression analysis. The main result of the work – The work explores strategies and methods of management in the field of import, examining the key aspects of effective planning, organization, and control of import operations. The work provides a review of publications that investigate the issues of imports and import operations. Methodical approaches to the concept of the financial mechanism of management of import operations of an enterprise are considered, and modern features of control and regulation of import operations of an enterprise are highlighted. The financial and economic activity of JSC "Technologia", and the financial statements of the enterprise are analyzed, and the system of organization of internal control and management of import operations of the studied enterprise is considered in practice.
