Удосконалення управління персоналом на сучасних підприємствах

Abstract

Метою роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних та методичних засад та розроблення пропозицій з удосконалення управління персоналом на підприємстві. З урахуванням поставленої мети передбачається розв'язання наступних завдань: 1) охарактеризувати сутність управління персоналом на підприємстві; 2) визначити основні методи, типи та стилі управління персоналом; 3) дослідити методологію визначення ефективності управління персоналом; 4) охарактеризувати господарську діяльність досліджуваного підприємства; 5) провести аналіз системи управління персоналом на досліджуваному підприємства; визначити рівень ефективності на підприємстві; 7) запропонувати напрями удосконалення системи управління персоналом на досліджуваному підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління персоналом на підприємстві. Предметом дослідження є науково-методичні та практичні засади удосконалення управління персоналом підприємства. Проведено аналіз теоретико-методичних аспектів управління персоналом на підприємстві. Визначено сутність управління та особливості управління персоналом на підприємстві. Охарактеризовано методологію управління персоналом. Проведено аналіз ефективності управління персоналом на досліджуваному підприємстві, а також здійснено оцінку управління персоналом на досліджуваному підприємстві. Визначено рівень ефективності управління персоналом на підприємстві. Виділено основні напрямки удосконалення управління персоналом на досліджуваному підприємстві. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and develop proposals for improving personnel management at the enterprise. Taking into account the set goal, the following tasks are expected to be solved: 1) describe the essence of personnel management at the enterprise; 2) determine the main methods, types and styles of personnel management; 3) research the methodology of determining the effectiveness of personnel management; 4) characterize the economic activity of the investigated enterprise; 5) conduct an analysis of the personnel management system at the investigated enterprise; determine the level of efficiency at the enterprise; 7) to propose ways of improving the personnel management system at the enterprise under study. The object of the study is the personnel management process at the enterprise. The subject of the study is the scientific-methodical and practical principles of improving the personnel management of the enterprise. The analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects of personnel management at the enterprise was carried out. The essence of management and the peculiarities of personnel management at the enterprise are determined. The personnel management methodology is characterized. An analysis of the effectiveness of personnel management at the researched enterprise was carried out, as well as an evaluation of personnel management at the researched enterprise was carried out. The level of efficiency of personnel management at the enterprise is determined. The main directions of improvement of personnel management at the investigated enterprise are highlighted.
