Управління якістю освітньої діяльності закладу освіти (на прикладі управління Державної служби якості освіти у Сумській області)

Abstract

Актуальність проблеми забезпечення якісної освіти та рівного доступу до неї впродовж усього життя поєднує декілька важливих векторів розвитку освіти – якість, справедливість, доступність, залучення та всебічне заохочення та визнана на державному рівні однією з 17 глобальних Цілей Сталого Розвитку. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження стану підготовки ЗДО, ЗЗСО та ЗПО Сумської області до роботи у 2023/2024 навчальному році (на прикладі управління Державної служби якості освіти у Сумській області). Серед визначених завдань: - відвідування відділів освіти 4-х ТГ та підпорядкованих їм освітніх закладів; - опитування керівників та педпрацівників дитячих садочків і позашкілля у відвіданих ТГ; - опитування керівників та учителів ЗЗСО визначених ТГ за допомогою ІАС «EvaluEd»; - провести за аналіз діяльності ОМС окремих громад Сумської області з питань підготовки закладів освіти до 2023/2024 навчального року; - зробити висновки та розробити рекомендації для засновників і керівників ЗО; - оцінити комунікаційну діяльність ТО Служби у Сумській області, як інструмент для привернення уваги суспільства та стейкхолдерів до існуючих проблем та викликів і визначення шляхів їх вирішення.

The relevance of the problem of ensuring quality education and equal access to it throughout life combines several important vectors of education development - quality, equity, accessibility, involvement and comprehensive encouragement and is recognized at the state level as one of the 17 global Sustainable Development Goals. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the state of preparation of secondary schools, secondary schools and secondary schools of the Sumy region for work in the 2023/2024 academic year (using the example of the State Service for the Quality of Education in the Sumy region). Among the identified tasks: - visiting the education departments of the 4th TG and educational institutions subordinate to them; - survey of managers and pedagogues of kindergartens and extra-curricular activities in the visited TGs; - a survey of managers and teachers of ZZSO determined by TG with the help of IAS "EvaluEd"; - to conduct an analysis of the activities of the local government of individual communities of the Sumy region on the preparation of educational institutions until the 2023/2024 academic year; - draw conclusions and develop recommendations for the founders and managers of the ZO; - evaluate the communication activities of the Maintenance Service in the Sumy region, as a tool for attracting the attention of society and stakeholders to existing problems and challenges and determining ways to solve them.
