Управління економічною стійкістю підприємств

Abstract

Перший розділ дослідження був присвячений аналізу теоретичних аспектів управління стійким розвитком підприємства. Визначено сутність та принципи стійкого розвитку, які слугують фундаментом для подальшого наукового дослідження. На основі літературного огляду надано комплексний огляд сучасних підходів до управління стійким розвитком підприємства. Другий розділ дослідження ретельно проаналізував стан стійкості розвитку як українських, так і зарубіжних підприємств гірничо-видобувної промисловості. Проведене дослідження виявило ключові фактори, що впливають на стійкість розвитку, враховуючи як внутрішні, так і зовнішні чинники. У третьому розділі ми розглянули інструментарій формування та реалізації стратегії стійкого розвитку підприємств. Визначено стратегічне управління, організаційно-економічні механізми моделювання та прогнозування стійкості як ключові компоненти успішного управління в умовах невизначеності та турбулентності.

The first section of the study was devoted to the analysis of the theoretical aspects of managing the sustainable development of the enterprise. The essence and principles of sustainable development, which serve as a foundation for further scientific research, have been defined. Based on the literature review, a comprehensive overview of modern approaches to managing the sustainable development of the enterprise is given. The second section of the study carefully analyzed the state of sustainability of the development of both Ukrainian and foreign mining enterprises. The conducted research revealed the key factors affecting the sustainability of development, taking into account both internal and external factors. In the third section, we considered the toolkit for the formation and implementation of the strategy of sustainable development of enterprises. Strategic management, organizational and economic mechanisms of stability modeling and forecasting are identified as key components of successful management in conditions of uncertainty and turbulence.
