Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є огляд та аналіз систем управління персоналом у міжнародних компаніях на прикладі групи «Netcracker». Теоретичні основи, ефективність та визначення стратегії управління людськими ресурсами в контексті міжнародного бізнесу. Визначення ключових компетенцій менеджерів та характеристики міжнародного менеджменту людських ресурсів. Об’єктом дослідження є системи управління персоналом у міжнародних корпораціях, зокрема компанії «Netcracker». Предметом дослідження є теоретичні основи управління персоналом у міжнародних компаніях, робота кадрової служби, нормативно-методичне та технологічне забезпечення, оцінка ефективності систем управління персоналом у компанія «Netcracker», ключові компетенції менеджерів та чинники управління міжнародним персоналом.
