Аналітика впливу освіти на ефективність ведення бізнесу

Abstract

Актуальність теми, обраної для дослідження, визначається тим, що освіта працівників та зовнішні фактори стають ключовими визначниками успішності та стійкості бізнесу, і вивчення їх взаємодії (на прикладі TOB «IHBEPT») відкриває можливості для розробки конкретних стратегій та рекомендацій, спрямованих на підвищення конкурентоспроможності та прибутковості підприємства в сучасних умовах бізнес-середовища. Метою кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи є дослідження впливу рівня освіти працівників та зовнішніх факторів на діяльність TOB «IHBEPT» з метою розроблення рекомендацій для підвищення якості організації та ведення бізнесу. Для досягнення поставленої мети дослідження було використано методи: аналіз теоретичних концепцій, характеристику діяльності підприємств, дескриптивний, факторний аналіз з використанням інструментів статистичного аналізу, когортний аналіз та оцінка впливу зовнішніх факторів. Інформаційною базою кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи є результати проходження переддипломної практики та статистичні дані отримані в ході власного емпіричного дослідження. Основним науковим результатом кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи є розроблення комплексного аналізу взаємозв'язку між рівнем освіти працівників, зовнішніми факторами та діяльністю TOB «IHBEPT», що сприяє розробці конкретних рекомендацій для підвищення конкурентоспроможності та прибутковості підприємства. Одержані результати можуть бути використані при розробці стратегій управління та прийнятті управлінських рішень для підвищення якості організації та ведення бізнесу у TOB «IHBEPT», спираючись на науково обґрунтовані рекомендації з урахуванням впливу освіти працівників та зовнішніх факторів.

The relevance of the topic chosen for the study is determined by the fact that employee education and external factors are becoming key determinants of business success and sustainability, and the study of their interaction (on the example of IHBEPT) opens up opportunities for developing specific strategies and recommendations aimed at increasing the competitiveness and profitability of the enterprise in the current business environment. The purpose of the qualification master's thesis is to study the impact of the level of education of employees and external factors on the activities of IHBEPT LLP in order to develop recommendations for improving the quality of organisation and business. To achieve this goal, the following methods were used: analysis of theoretical concepts, characterisation of the activities of enterprises, descriptive, factor analysis using statistical analysis tools, cohort analysis and assessment of the impact of external factors. The information base of the qualification master's thesis is the results of the undergraduate practice and statistical data obtained in the course of its own empirical research. The main scientific result of the qualification master's thesis is the development of a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the level of education of employees, external factors and the activities of IHBEPT, which contributes to the development of specific recommendations for improving the competitiveness and profitability of the enterprise. The results obtained can be used in the development of management strategies and management decision-making to improve the quality of organisation and business in "IHBEPT", based on scientifically sound recommendations, taking into account the impact of employees' education and external factors.
