Інвестиційна привабливість підприємства та шляхи її покращення

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вивчення теоретичних основ, аналіз підприємства та надання практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Для досягнення мети дипломної роботи виконані наступні завдання: - розглянуті економічний зміст, види, значення інвестицій та інвестиційної діяльності; - надана загальна економічна характеристика дослідного підприємства; - проведений аналіз фінансового стану підприємства; - визначені основні проблеми інвестиційної привабливості підприємства; - розроблені шляхи підвищення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Об’єктом даного дослідження є методика аналізу інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Предметом кваліфікаційної роботи є сукупність фінансово-економічних відноси, які виникають в процесі інвестиційної діяльності підприємств.

The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations, analyze the enterprise and provide practical recommendations on increasing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. To achieve the goal of the thesis, the following tasks were completed: - considered the economic content, types, significance of investments and investment activities; - the general economic characteristics of the research enterprise are given; - an analysis of the company's financial condition was carried out; - the main problems of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise are determined; - developed ways to increase the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The object of this study is the method of analyzing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The subject of the qualification work is a set of financial and economic relations that arise in the process of investment activities of enterprises.
