Abstract |
On the basis of offered general algorithm computations of detail form errors with the cylindrical and conical areas are executed . Initial datas were in the really existent in practice scopes. This allowed to define affecting of chisel construction an exactness of detail surface form and create recommendations on the choice of instrument. The error of form of surface of treated detail does not depend on type of chisel and arises up then, when with the purpose of simplification of technological process the theoretical type of chisel distorts. In case of making any chisels as a result of profiling the error of surface of treated detail depends only on exactness of their making.
