Удосконалення технологічного процесу виготовлення матриці Ш4-10502-06 шляхом оптимізації конструкції пристрою для контролю співвісності

Abstract

Пояснювальна записка містить 11 рисунків, 22 таблиці, 17 літературних джерел. Об'єкт роботи – деталь «Матриця» Ш4–10502.01–06, яка входить до складу автомата листоштампувального з нижнім приводом моделі АГ6230. Мета роботи – проектування технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Матриця» Ш4–10502.01–06. Предмет дослідження – операції технологічного процесу виготевлення деталі «Матриця». В роботі запропоновані вдосконалення технологічного процесу виготовлення деталі «Матриця» Ш4–10502.01–06. Було визначено тип виробництва – середньосерійний. Виконано аналіз технологічності конструкції деталі, службового призначення виробу, вузла, аналіз технічних вимог, що пред'являються до деталі. Вибраний найбільш раціональний метод отримання заготовки. На прикладі двох механічних операцій: 025 багатоцільової на обробних центрах з ЧПК і 055 плоскошліфувальної було проаналізовано існуючий технологічний процес виготовлення деталі, а саме: обґрунтування вибору схеми базування і закріплення заготовки, вибір металорізального обладнання, верстатного пристрою, ріжучого та вимірювального інструмента. Визначено режими обробки. Виконано технічне нормування операції. У графічній частині роботи виконані креслення заготовки, верстатного пристрою і маршрутного технологічного процесу механічної обробки заготовки, операційної наладки на операцію 055 плоскошліфувальна. Представлено комплект технологічної документації на картах КТП.

The object of the work is the part "Matrix" Ш4–10502.01–06, which is part of the automatic sheet-stamping machine with a lower drive of the AG6230 model. The purpose of the work is to design the manufacturing process of the "Matrix" part Sh4-10502.01-06. The subject of the research is operations of the technological process of manufacturing the "Matrix" part. Improvements to the manufacturing process of the "Matrix" Sh4-10502.01-06 part are proposed in the work. The type of production was determined - medium series. The analysis of the manufacturability of the design of the part, the service purpose of the product, the node, the analysis of the technical requirements for the part was performed. The most rational method of obtaining the workpiece is selected. On the example of two mechanical operations: 025 multi-purpose on CNC machining centers and 055 surface grinding, the existing technological process of manufacturing the part was analyzed, namely: justification of the choice of the scheme of basing and fixing the workpiece, the choice of metal-cutting equipment, machine tool, cutting and measuring tool. Processing modes are defined. Technical normalization of the operation was performed. In the graphic part of the work, drawings of the workpiece, machine tool and route technological process of mechanical processing of the workpiece, operational setup for the 055 surface grinding operation were made. A set of technological documentation on KTP maps is presented.
