Abstract

Використання інформаційно-комунікаційні технології – це невід’ємна складова механізму інформаційного забезпечення процесів управління органів державної влади, а також основний інструмент забезпечення функціонування електронного врядування, яке є запорукою сталого розвитку країни. Незважаючи на ризики та проблеми у цій сфері, ІКТ надають набагато більші можливості для вдосконалення діяльності органів державної влади та інформаційного суспільства, яке впливає на управлінські рішення через різні канали комунікації.

The use of information and communication technologies is an integral component of the mechanism of information support for the management processes of state authorities, as well as the main tool for ensuring the functioning of electronic governance, which is the key to the sustainable development of the country. Despite the risks and problems in this area, ICT provides much greater opportunities for improving the activities of public authorities and the information society, which affects management decisions through various communication channels.
