Шляхи формування міжнародних резервів центральними банками

Abstract

Мета кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи полягає у вивченні теоретичних засад, аналізі практики, що склалася та розробленні практичних рекомендацій по формуванню міжнародних резервів центральними банками. Для досягнення поставленої мети та завдань були використані загальнонаукові методи дослідження: систематизація та узагальнення, порівняння, системний аналіз (аналізу наукових публікацій, монографій та статей, що стосуються міжнародних резервів, їх формування та управління, а також збір та аналіз концепцій, теорій та підходів, що визначають стратегії центральних банків у цьому контексті); статистичний аналіз (зібрання та обробку статистичних даних щодо рівня міжнародних резервів у різних країнах, їх динаміки за останні роки); емпіричні дослідження (аналіз практичних прикладів та кейсів країн, що успішно управляють своїми міжнародними резервами); компаративний аналіз (порівняння стратегій управління міжнародними резервами в різних країнах та визначення спільних та відмінних аспектів, а також аналіз взаємодії між міжнародними резервами та іншими факторами, такими як валютні курси, інфляція та інші макроекономічні показники); економетричне моделювання включає в себе використання економетричних методів для оцінки впливу різних факторів на рівень міжнародних резервів та побудову моделей для прогнозування динаміки резервів та ефективності стратегій управління, розгляд конкретних кейсів країн, які зіткнулися з фінансовими кризами та використовують міжнародні резерви для стабілізації економіки.

The purpose of the qualifying master's work is to study the theoretical foundations, analyze the existing practice and develop practical recommendations for the formation of international reserves by central banks. To achieve the set goal and tasks, general scientific research methods were used: systematization and generalization, comparison, systematic analysis (analysis of scientific publications, monographs and articles related to international reserves, their formation and management, as well as collection and analysis of concepts, theories and approaches, that determine the strategies of central banks in this context); statistical analysis (collection and processing of statistical data on the level of international reserves in different countries, their dynamics in recent years); empirical research (analysis of practical examples and cases of countries that successfully manage their international reserves); comparative analysis (comparison of international reserve management strategies in different countries and identification of common and different aspects, as well as analysis of interaction between international reserves and other factors, such as exchange rates, inflation and other macroeconomic indicators); econometric modeling includes the use of econometric methods to assess the impact of various factors on the level of international reserves and the construction of models for forecasting the dynamics of reserves and the effectiveness of management strategies, consideration of specific cases of countries that have faced financial crises and use international reserves to stabilize the economy.
