Abstract |
The purpose of work was research the gastrointestinal tract frequency involving and splanchnic perfusion in term newborn with hypoxemic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). By a dopplerography method was investigated circulation in celiac trunk at 318 term newborn with HIE of a moderate and serious degree during of the neonatal period. The function infringement of a gastrointestinal tract is marked at 25-66 of % of cases. The downstroke splanchnic haemodynamics and presence of effect of redistribution at newborn with HIE is revealed.
