Соціокультурні перешкоди ефективному впровадженню децентралізації в Україні

Abstract

Сучасний розвиток України, як незалежної та демократичної держави, характеризується кардинальними змінами практично в усіх сферах суспільно життя, в тому числі, й у сфері функціонування державної влади, і об'єктивувався в процесах децентралізації влади. Разом із цим, не дивлячись на досить інтенсивні процеси, пов'язані з децентралізацією, що стимулюються державою, населення України досить скептично відноситься до цієї реформи та її результатів. Така ситуація є результатом того історичного спадку, який отримана Україна після розпаду Радянського Союзу у вигляді соціокультурної травми її населення та його історичної пам'яті. Метою статті є історичний аналіз подій, що відбувались на території України та їх вплив на формування свідомості населення.

The modern development of Ukraine, as an independent and democratic state, is characterized by radical changes in almost all spheres of social life, including in the sphere of the functioning of state power, and was objectified in the processes of decentralization of power. At the same time, despite the rather intensive processes related to decentralization, which are stimulated by the state, the population of Ukraine is quite skeptical about this reform and its results. This situation is the result of the historical legacy that Ukraine received after the collapse of the Soviet Union in the form of socio-cultural trauma of its population and its historical memory. The purpose of the article is a historical analysis of the events that took place on the territory of Ukraine and their influence on the formation of the consciousness of the population.
