Abstract	В роботі запропоновано модель оцінки фінансової стійкості місцевих бюджетів. Здійснено аналіз виконання бюджету сумської області . Апробацію модклі проведено на показниках фінансової стійкості сумської області. Визначені напрямки забьезпечення фінансової стійкості бюджету в умовах воєнного стану. The paper proposes a model for assessing the financial stability of local budgets. An analysis of the implementation of the budget of the Sumy region was carried out. Approbation of the model was carried out on the indicators of financial stability of the Sumy region. The areas of ensuring the financial stability of the budget in the conditions of martial law are defined.
