Abstract	With the use of method quasi-chemicaly reactions the calculation of the state of ensemble of point defects is conducted in monocrystals and films of CdTe. Two models of defects are used, that on a present tense are considered most reliable. The design is conducted for two extreme cases: complete equilibrium and tempering with the use of the refined data about the constants of quasi-chemicaly reactions. As a result expected to dependence concentrations of native defects, free-carrier from the technological factors of growing of layers.
