Abstract

Стаття «Цифрова трансформація як принцип мінімізації корупційних ризиків» розглядає важливість застосування цифрових технологій у процесі нівелювання корупційних ризиків та сприяння сталому розвитку суспільства. Наголошено, що від моменту проголошення незалежності України виникла необхідність активної протидії корупції, яка вкоренилася в суспільстві ще за часів Радянського Союзу. Протидія цьому явищу стала складним завданням, що потребувало комплексу заходів на різних рівнях. Порядок денний сталого розвитку до 2030 року визнає корупцію перешкодою для сталого розвитку і встановлює зниження рівня корупції як важливу мету для побудови ефективних, підзвітних та інклюзивних інституцій на всіх рівнях суспільства. У цьому контексті важливим є пошук ефективних заходів протидії корупції. Враховуючи процеси цифрової трансформації, безперечно, їх впровадження в антикорупційні заходи на міждержавному та державному рівні, стає важливим. Автор ретельно аналізує інструменти цифрової трансформації, їх вплив на підвищення прозорості, відкритості та ефективності державних процесів. Особлива увага приділяється впровадженню електронних систем ідентифікації та взаємодії з користувачами як ключових засобів покращення цифрової безпеки та доступності адміністративних послуг. Стаття докладно розглядає результати досліджень щодо рівня цифрової грамотності серед населення та висвітлює необхідність розвитку інфраструктури для підтримки цифрового розвитку. Special attention is given to the implementation of electronic identification systems and user interaction as key means to enhance digital security and accessibility of administrative services.
