Роль цифрової трансформації в оптимізації менеджменту організацій

Abstract

Цифрова трансформація управлінських процесів є актуальною потребою у сучасному бізнесі. У статті проводиться аналіз останніх досліджень, що стосуються досягнень цифрової трансформації, які застосовують в менеджменті. Проаналізовано зміст сформованих наукових підходів до розгляду категорії «цифрова трансформація». Також у статті ідентифіковано основні особливості та складові цифрової трансформації в менеджменті організацій. Розглянуто специфіку технологічних процесів, що є базовими для впровадження диджиталізації в організаціях. Виявлено проблематичні аспекти і напрацьовано рекомендації щодо впровадження цифрових ініціатив в організаціях. Встановлено, що ефективна цифрова трансформація сприяє підвищенню конкурентоспроможності, збільшенню продуктивності та прибутковості організацій, а також є можливою завдяки активній позиції топ-менеджменту організації щодо впровадження цифрових ініціатив.

Digital transformation of management processes is an urgent need in modern business. The article analyzes the latest research related to the achievements of digital transformation, which are used in management. It was deter-mined that companies that successfully implement digital technologies in the management of organizations show greater competitiveness, increased productivity and profitability. The study of digital transformation is preceded by the analysis of business processes. Business process management (BPM) is widely regarded as a field that con-solidates knowledge about the optimal management (re)design of individual business processes and the develop-ment of basic BPM capabilities in organizations of various spheres and branches of activity. The article analyzes the content of the established scientific approaches to the consideration of the “digital transformation” category. Digital transformation in management involves the introduction of technologies, digital tools, and new ways to im-prove business efficiency, improve strategic decisions, and ensure the organization’s competitiveness. The article identifies the main features and components of digital transformation in the management of organizations. Effec-tive digital transformation requires active leadership from senior management. Top management must demonstrate openness to new ideas and implement digital initiatives, as well as promote cultural change in the organization. An important aspect of digital transformation is the attraction and development of qualified specialists in the field of technology. The specifics of technological processes, which are basic for the implementation of digitalization, are considered. Problematic aspects were identified and recommendations were developed for the implementa-tion of digital initiatives in organizations. It has been established that effective digital transformation contributes to increasing competitiveness, increasing productivity and profitability of organizations, and is also possible due to the active position of the organization’s top management regarding the implementation of digital initiatives.
