Abstract

У статті досліджується значення міжкультурної компетентності як невід'ємної частини орієнтованих на працевлаштування професійних навичок, які необхідні у сучасному глобалізованому світі. Автори аналізують основні компоненти міжкультурної компетентності, такі як когнітивний, афективний, поведінковий та мотиваційний аспекти, які разом сприяють ефективній взаємодії в умовах культурного різноманіття. Особлива увага приділяється ролі вищої освіти у розвитку цих навичок через інтеграцію міжнародних програм обміну, експериментальне навчання, міжкультурні тренінги та семінари. Результати підкреслюють, що розвиток міжкультурної компетентності є критичним для успішної кар'єри на глобальному ринку праці, де культура та комунікація стають важливими факторами. Також відзначається необхідність подальших досліджень, які допоможуть вдосконалити стратегії формування міжкультурної компетентності в академічних програмах, що сприятиме кращій підготовці студентів до роботи в мультикультурних середовищах.
