Abstract	The parameters of life quality were analyzed in 60 elderly patients with chronic heart failure in relation to three questionnaires: Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire, EQ-5D and Mareevs` questionnaire. This article demonstrates a variety of clinical symptoms of chronic heart failure and positive influence of treatment with preduktal on life quality in elderly patients with this disease.
