Розробка веборієнтованої інформаційної системи магазину портативних зарядних пристроїв

Abstract

Актуальність теми визначається необхідністю створення сучасної веборієнтованої інформаційної системи, яка забезпечить автоматизацію бізнес-процесів у сфері електронної комерції. Розробка такої системи дозволить впроваджувати ефективні методи управління замовленнями та взаємодії з клієнтами, що є важливим для формування конкурентоспроможного бізнесу в умовах повномасштабного вторгнення. Мета кваліфікаційної магістерської роботи – проектування та розробка веборієнтованої інформаційної системи продажу портативних зарядних пристроїв. Об’єктом є бізнес-процеси магазину портативних зарядних пристроїв. Предметом дослідження є сучасні технології розробки веборієнтованих інформаційних систем для автоматизації управління магазином портативних зарядних пристроїв. Для досягнення мети роботи необхідно виконати аналіз сучасних тенденцій електронної комерції та ринку портативних зарядних пристроїв в Україні, визначити ключові вимоги до веборієнтованої інформаційної системи, створити моделі бізнес-процесів, розробити архітектуру автоматизованої системи з урахуванням функціональних і технічних аспектів. Особливу увагу слід приділити розробці інформаційного та алгоритмічного забезпечення, реалізації веборієнтованої системи, яка автоматизує процес управління замовленнями, а також підготовці інструкції користувача. Завершальним етапом є оцінка ефективності впровадженої системи та її впливу на бізнес-процеси підприємства. У результаті виконання роботи створено веборієнтовану інформаційну систему магазину портативних зарядних пристроїв. Система включає модулі для управління каталогом товарів, обробки замовлень та персоналізації взаємодії з клієнтами.

The relevance of the topic is determined by the need to create a modern web-based information system that will ensure the automation of business processes in the field of e-commerce. The development of such a system will allow the implementation of effective methods of order management and interaction with customers, which is important for the formation of a competitive business in the conditions of full-scale invasion. The purpose of the qualification master's thesis is the design and development of an e-based information system for the sale of portable chargers. The object is the business processes of a portable charger store. The subject of the study is modern technologies for the development of web-based information systems for automating the management of a portable charger store. To achieve the goal of the work, it is necessary to analyze modern trends in e-commerce and the portable charger market in Ukraine, determine the key requirements for a web-based information system, create business process models, and develop the architecture of an automated system taking into account functional and technical aspects. Particular attention should be paid to the development of information and algorithmic support, the implementation of a web-based system that automates the order management process, as well as the preparation of user instructions. The final stage is the assessment of the effectiveness of the implemented system and its impact on the business processes of the enterprise. As a result of the work, a web-based information system for a portable charger store was created. The system includes modules for managing the product catalog, processing orders, and personalizing interaction with customers.
