Економіко-математичне моделювання впливу цифровізації економіки на громадське здоров’я

Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження обумовлена об’єктивними цивілізаційними змінами, які відбуваються в усіх сферах соціально-економічного життя внаслідок цифрової трансформації економіки. Процеси цифровізації економіки стають ключовим фактором трансформації різних секторів суспільного життя, включаючи систему охорони здоров’я. Інтеграція цифрових технологій у цю сферу відкриває нові можливості для покращення доступності, якості та ефективності медичних послуг, знижуючи витрати і водночас забезпечуючи інноваційні підходи до профілактики, діагностики та лікування захворювань. Актуальність теми також обумовлена необхідністю розробки інструментів кількісного аналізу, що враховують специфіку взаємозв’язків між рівнем цифровізації економіки та показниками громадського здоров’я. Такий підхід дозволить формувати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення, спрямовані на максимізацію позитивних ефектів цифровізації для суспільства. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи магістра полягає у побудові економіко-математичних моделей впливу цифровізації економіки на ключові показники громадського здоров’я. Об’єктом дослідження є система громадського здоров’я в умовах цифрової трансформації. Предметом дослідження є економіко-математичні моделі оцінки впливу цифровізації на систему громадського здоров’я. У відповідності до поставлених завдань було визначено сутність та значення громадського здоров’я для суспільного розвитку, зокрема для досягнення Цілей сталого розвитку, проведено бібліометричний аналіз наукових досліджень щодо впливу цифровізації на систему громадського здоров’я, виділено основні фактори впливу цифровізації на систему громадського здоров’я. Головним науковим результатом роботи стало створення та перевірка регресійних моделей, що описують вплив цифровізації на систему громадського здоров’я. Аналіз отриманих даних виявив як позитивні, так і негативні аспекти цифрової трансформації у цій сфері. Одержані результати можуть слугувати основою для розробки науково обґрунтованих стратегій інтеграції цифрових технологій у системи громадського здоров’я.

The relevance of the research topic is due to the objective civilizational changes that occur in all spheres of socio-economic life as a result of the digital transformation of the economy. The processes of digitalization of the economy are becoming a key factor in the transformation of various sectors of public life, including the healthcare system. The integration of digital technologies into this area opens up new opportunities for improving the accessibility, quality and efficiency of medical services, reducing costs and at the same time providing innovative approaches to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The relevance of the topic is also due to the need to develop quantitative analysis tools that take into account the specifics of the relationships between the level of digitalization of the economy and public health indicators. Such an approach will allow for the formation of sound management decisions aimed at maximizing the positive effects of digitalization for society. The purpose of the master's qualification work is to build economic and mathematical models of the impact of digitalization of the economy on key indicators of public health. The object of the research is the public health system in the conditions of digital transformation. The subject of the study is economic and mathematical models for assessing the impact of digitalization on the public health system. In accordance with the tasks set, the essence and significance of public health for social development, in particular for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, was determined, a bibliometric analysis of scientific research on the impact of digitalization on the public health system was conducted, and the main factors of the impact of digitalization on the public health system were identified. The main scientific result of the work was the creation and verification of regression models describing the impact of digitalization on the public health system. Analysis of the data obtained revealed both positive and negative aspects of digital transformation in this area. The results obtained can serve as the basis for developing scientifically sound strategies for integrating digital technologies into public health systems.
