| Abstract |
In today’s world, the company’s flexibility serves as an essential factor for the optimization of all work processes in the fast digitalization, which also requires significant changes in business administration, as traditional control methods are not able to operative changes and in the context of dynamic market development, high competition, and technological changes, the incorporation of innovative approaches to project management has become the most significant factor of success for modern companies. |
