Abstract |
In order to maximise the potential of digitalisation for human capital development, it is necessary to invest in education and digital skills development for all segments of the population, focusing on vulnerable groups. Create a favourable environment for the development of the digital economy, including simplifying regulatory procedures and supporting innovative projects. Ensure social protection for those who lose their jobs due to automation and help them retrain. Engage in an active dialogue on the ethical aspects of digitalisation and develop relevant legal regulations. Overall, digitalisation has enormous potential for human capital development, but its realisation depends on how successfully we can overcome the challenges and risks associated with this process. |
