Оцінка ефективності використання водних ресурсів в зрошуваному землеробстві (на прикладі Черкаської області)

Abstract

Одержана величина ефекту від меліорації земель не дає повної уяви про вигідність тих чи інших меліоративних заходів. Тому його порівнюють з витратами на меліоративні заходи, тобто знаходять ефективність використання водних ресурсів. В роботі потрібно враховувати той факт, що в умовах Лісостепу можливе вирощування сільгоспкультур на богарі. А це означає, що при розрахунку слід брати тільки додатковий ефект, отриманий від зрошення. Щоб визначити додатковий ефект, необхідно зробити економічну оцінку використання водних ресурсів, яка проводиться з різних позицій (водогосподарської організації, сільськогосподарського підприємства та при вирощуванні окремих сільськогосподарських культур) на основі системи показників. Результатом економічної оцінки використання зрошувальної води при вирощуванні окремих с/г культур є отримання чистого доходу в розмірі 41 тис. грн, з яких 19 тис. грн за рахунок зрошення. Тобто на кожні 1000 м3 забраної води припадає 89 грн додаткового чистого доходу. І ефективність такого заходу становитиме 20%, що є досить високим показником для с/г діяльності. As against other branches of Ukrainian economy, efficiency of agrarian manufacture in droughty years appreciably depends on a mode of humidifying of territory. Use of water resources in agricultural activity – the important means of increase of economic fertility of the ground, however incorporated with significant charges of work and material resources. The agricultural production is considered effective only when its results exceed charges, i.e. when the effect is formed. But the received size of effect from land reclamation does not give full representation about advantage of these or those meliorative actions. Therefore it compare to charges on meliorative actions, i.e. find efficiency of water resources use. In work it is necessary to take into account that fact, that in conditions of Forest-steppe the cultivation of agriculture crops on boghara is possible. It means, that at calculation it is necessary to take only additional effect received from an irrigation. To define additional effect it is necessary to make an economic estimation of water resources use, which is carried out from different positions (the water-economic organization, the agricultural enterprise and at cultivation of separate agricultural crops) on the basis of metrics. The result of an economic estimation of irrigating water use at cultivation separate agriculture crops is receptions of the net profit at a rate of 41 thousand hryvnias, from which 19 thousand hryvnias due to an irrigation. I.e. on everyone of 1000 cubic meters of the taken away water the additional net profit is amount 89 hryvnias.
