Abstract |
Otolaryngology is a clinical discipline that studies normal and pathological changes in most analyzers, such as auditory, vestibular, olfactory, and tasteanalyzers. Without adequate work of these analyzers, the moral condition of a person and his working capacity deteriorate.
Knowledge of the clinical anatomy and physiology of the ENT organs and methods of their research is necessary for a wide range of specialists, which makes it possible to recognize lesions of these organs in time, establish the correct diagnosis, prescribe and perform adequate therapy. Knowledge is especially necessary for future family doctors and pediatricians, since 1/3 of all patients need the consultation and treatment of an otorhinolaryngologist. |
