Abstract Relevance of the Topic Self-esteem and self-acceptance are fundamental components of psychological well-being and personal development. In the context of rapid social changes, globalization, information overload, and the high demands of modern society on individuals, the development of these aspects becomes especially significant. Given the constant shift in socio-cultural conditions and the growing levels of stress in today’s world, the importance of studying these processes not only persists but becomes even more relevant. Low self-esteem and lack of selfacceptance can lead to psychological difficulties and conflicts; therefore, it is crucial to study these phenomena within the context of personal development. People often face inner doubts, low self-esteem, and difficulties in accepting themselves, which can result in stress, depression, and psychosomatic disorders. The level of self-esteem influences a person’s ability to cope with life’s challenges, adapt to changes, build healthy relationships, and achieve set goals. Thus, research on the psychological characteristics of self-esteem and selfacceptance is extremely relevant as these factors determine both the quality of personal development and the ability to achieve social integration and professional growth.
