Інтеграція принципів сталого розвитку у стратегію банківської діяльності

Abstract

У банківській діяльності сталий розвиток відіграє особливо важливу роль. Інтегруючи принципи сталого розвитку у свою стратегію, банки не тільки підвищують власну репутацію та стабільність, але й роблять суттєвий вне-сок у загальний сталий розвиток економіки та суспільства. Мета дослідження – проаналізувати сучасні підходи до інтеграції прин-ципів сталого розвитку в стратегію банківської діяльності, оцінити рівень впровадження ESG-принципів у банківському секторі України та розробити рекомендації щодо їх подальшої імплементації. Об’єкт дослідження – процес формування та реалізації стратегії банків-ської діяльності з урахуванням принципів сталого розвитку. Предмет дослідження – концептуальні підходи, методи та інструменти інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку в банківську діяльність, їх вплив на ефективність функціонування банківського сектору. Методи дослідження – абстрагування, ідеалізація, формалізація, аналіз і синтез, індукція і дедукція, аксіоматика, узагальнення. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглядається теоретичні за-сади сталого розвитку та його значення для банківського сектору. У другому розділі проаналізовано світовий досвід інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку в банківську діяльність. У третьому розділі досліджено стан впровадження принципів сталого розвитку в банківському секторі України. У четвертому розділі розглянуто напрями та інструменти інтеграції принципів сталого роз-витку в стратегію банків.

Sustainable development plays a particularly important role in banking. By integrating the principles of sustainable development into their strategy, banks not only improve their own reputation and stability, but also make a significant contribution to the overall sustainable development of the economy and society. The purpose of the study is to analyze modern approaches to integrating the principles of sustainable development into the strategy of banking, assess the level of implementation of ESG principles in the banking sector of Ukraine and develop recommendations for their further implementation. The object of the study is the process of forming and implementing a banking strategy taking into account the principles of sustainable development. The subject of the study is conceptual approaches, methods and tools for integrating the principles of sustainable development into banking, their impact on the efficiency of the functioning of the banking sector. Research methods are abstraction, idealization, formalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, axiomatics, generalization. The first section of the qualification work examines the theoretical foundations of sustainable development and its significance for the banking sector. The second section analyzes the world experience in integrating the principles of sustainable development into banking activities. The third section examines the state of implementation of the principles of sustainable development in the banking sector of Ukraine. The fourth section examines the directions and tools for integrating the principles of sustainable development into the strategy of banks.
