Вдосконалення інструментарію організації театральної вистави (кейс заходу «Терміново потрібен наречений»)

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є вдосконалення інструментарію організації театральної вистави як складової соціокультурної діяльності шляхом аналізу, оцінки та модернізації організаційних рішень на прикладі реалізації заходу «Терміново потрібен наречений». Для досягнення поставленої мети були встановлені наступні завдання: 1. Визначити теоретичні основи організації театральної діяльності контексті сучасної соціокультурної практики. 2. Дослідити сучасний стан розвитку інструментарію організації театральних вистав, виявити актуальні тенденції та інновації. 3. Проаналізувати вітчизняний та зарубіжний досвід організації театральних заходів, визначити ефективні практики. 4. Розкрити особливості підготовки та проведення театральної вистави «Терміново потрібен наречений» на всіх етапах організаційного процесу 5. Провести критичний аналіз використаного інструментарію у процесі підготовки театральної вистави. 6. Сформулювати обґрунтовані пропозиції щодо вдосконалення організаційного інструментарію театральної діяльності з урахуванням отриманих результатів дослідження. Об’єкт дослідження — процес організації театральної вистави «Термінову потрібен наречений». Предмет дослідження — інструментарій організаційної діяльності під час підготовки та реалізації театральної вистави (на прикладі заходу «Терміново потрібен наречений»).

The purpose of the qualification work is to improve the tools for organizing a theatrical performance as a component of socio-cultural activity by analyzing, evaluating and modernizing organizational solutions using the example of the implementation of the event "Urgently needed groom". To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: 1. To determine the theoretical foundations of organizing theatrical activity in the context of modern socio-cultural practice. 2. To investigate the current state of development of the tools for organizing theatrical performances, to identify current trends and innovations. 3. To analyze domestic and foreign experience in organizing theatrical events, to identify effective practices. 4. To reveal the features of the preparation and holding of the theatrical performance “Urgently Needed a Groom” at all stages of the organizational process 5. To conduct a critical analysis of the tools used in the process of preparing the theatrical performance. 6. To formulate substantiated proposals for improving the organizational tools of theatrical activity taking into account the results of the study. The object - of the study is the process of organizing the theatrical performance “Urgently Needed a Groom”. The subject - of the study is the tools of organizational loyalty during the preparation and implementation of the theatrical performance (on the example of the event “Urgently Needed a Groom”).
