Організація та проведення економічних досліджень у рамках міжнародних наукових грантів

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної бакалаврської роботи є дослідження специфіки організації та реалізації економічних досліджень у рамках міжнародних наукових грантів, а також розробка рекомендацій для підвищення ефективності використання грантового фінансування. Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації міжнародного наукового співробітництва за рахунок грантів міжнародної допомоги. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні засади організації й реалізації економічних досліджень у межах міжнародних наукових грантових програм. За результатами дослідження сформульовані такі висновки: 1. Міжнародна допомога є важливим інструментом підтримки національного розвитку, особливо в умовах кризових ситуацій, а грантове фінансування, як одна з форм міжнародної допомоги, має особливу цінність через свою безповоротність і здатність забезпечити досягнення конкретних результатів у сфері науки. 2. Повномасштабна війна в Україні спричинила втрати наукового потенціалу, проте одночасно активізувала залучення міжнародної грантової допомоги. Також одним із викликів стало надання іноземних грантів із реалізацією на території країн-донорів, що, з одного боку, відкриває нові можливості для науковців-біженців, а з іншого – спричиняє загрозу «відтоку мізків» з України. 3. Основні проблеми, що стримують реалізацію міжнародних наукових грантів в Україні, пов’язані з недостатньою інформованістю, відсутністю інституційної підтримки, бюрократією та складністю дотримання міжнародних вимог. Подолання існуючих проблем та реалізація описаних напрямів дій відкривають нові можливості для зростання наукового потенціалу України.

The purpose of the qualification bachelor's thesis is to study the specifics of the organization and implementation of economic research within the framework of international scientific grants, as well as to develop recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the use of grant funding. The object of the study is the process of organizing international scientific cooperation through international aid grants. The subject of the study is the theoretical and practical principles of organizing and implementing economic research within the framework of international scientific grant programs. The following conclusions were formulated based on the results of the study: 1. International aid is an important tool for supporting national development, especially in crisis situations, and grant funding, as one of the forms of international aid, has special value due to its irrevocability and ability to ensure the achievement of specific results in the field of science. 2. The full-scale war in Ukraine caused the loss of scientific potential, but at the same time intensified the attraction of international grant aid. Another challenge was the provision of foreign grants with implementation in the territory of donor countries, which, on the one hand, opens up new opportunities for refugee scientists, and on the other hand, causes the threat of a "brain drain" from Ukraine. 3. The main problems hindering the implementation of international scientific grants in Ukraine are related to insufficient awareness, lack of institutional support, bureaucracy and the difficulty of complying with international requirements. Overcoming existing problems and implementing the described areas of action open up new opportunities for the growth of Ukraine's scientific potential.
