Abstract Development and formation of legal state, consolidation of democratic principles of governance is impossible without recognizing of human rights and freedoms in Ukraine. Today in our country an acute problem of protection of human rights exists as a result of low level of economic development, instability in the socio-political and legal areas, lack of effective approaches to legal education of the individual. Citizens do not know their rights, do not have basic skills to use their rights and make demands to the state or other institutions for the restoration or protection of their rights.
