Abstract	У статті досліджено існуючі моделі державної участі в компенсації збитку від настання стихійних лих. Обґрунтована необхідність запровадження, поряд із добровільним страхуванням, обов’язкового страхування майна від стихійних лих. This article explores the existing model of public participation in the compensation of damage from the onset disasters. The necessity of introduction, along with voluntary insurance, compulsory property insurance against natural disasters. The article explored existing models of public participation in the redress of occurrence of natural disasters. The necessity of introducing, along with voluntary insurance, compulsory insurance disaster justified.
