Abstract	Вибір промисловими підприємствами стратегій диверсифікації в умовах обмеженості ресурсів: фінансових, сировинних та інших, вимагає зосередження їх на найбільш перспективних напрямках, де імовірність досягнення конкурентного успіху є найбільшою. Опанування цих напрямків має здійснюватися на основі порівняльної оцінки достатності потенціалів промислових підприємств. Choice by the industrial enterprises of strategies of diversification in the conditions of the limited nature of resources : financial, raw material et al, requires concentrating of them on the most perspective directions, where probability of achievement of competition success is most. A capture these directions must come true on the basis of comparative estimation of sufficientness of potentials of industrial enterprises.
