Abstract	Стаття досліджує проблему формування консультативних послуг. Це нова сфера для українських комерційних банків. Консультативні послуги вимагають серйозної професійної підготовки від тих, хто надає такі послуги. Консультативні послуги можуть як надаватися так і споживатися банками. The article investigates the problem of the consulting services formation. This is a new area for the Ukrainian Commercial banks. Consulting requires a serious professional training of those who provide these services. The consulting services can be given either by the banks themselves or the banks can be the users of such services.
