Abstract	В статті розглядаються питання, пов’язані з розкриттям сутності, поняття й визначення похідних цінних паперів з метою запобігання дублювання та виникнення суперечностей у тлумаченні термінів: похідні фінансові інструменти, деривативи та похідні цінні папери. This article discusses the issues linked to the disclosure of an entity, concepts and definitions derivatives in order to avoid overlap and contradictions in interpreting terms derivatives, derivatives instruments and derivatives securities.
