Abstract	The objective of this paper is to investigate the way New Zealand retail rates respond to changes in the Overnight Cash Rate and other benchmarK market rates using an Error Correction Model. The results obtained here show that response of retail rates to changes in market rates differs across financial products,in particular floating retail rates adjust slower to changes in market rates than fixed rates. Метою статті є аналіз способу, у який роздрібні тарифи в Новій Зеландії реагують на зміни оптових тарифів. Перевірено реакцію кредиторів на зміни чекового курсу угоди на строк до початку наступного рабочого дня та інші еталонні ринкові курси шляхом використання моделі корекції похибок. Отримані результати показують, що реакція роздрібних тарифів на зміни ринкових курсів відрізняється по відношенню до різних фінансових послуг, зокрема плаваючі роздрібні тарифи повільніше адаптуються до зміни ринкового курсу ніж фіксовані.
