Abstract	Метод аналітичного процесу ієрархії (AHP) Т. Сааті надзвичайно ефективний як інструмент підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень в умовах мультитепріативності. Метод полягає у розбитті проблеми на простіші компоненти та обробки послідовностей експертних поглядів по парних корекціях. Як результат, ставки визначаються взаємодією елементів ієрархії, а думки характеризуються чисельно. AHP включає процедури: синтез численних думок, отримання пріоритетних критеріїв, пошук альтернативних рішень. The method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) T. Saaty is extremely effective as a tool to support management making in conditions of mul-ticriteriality. The method consists in decomposing the problem into simpler components and processing sequences of expert opinions by pairwise com-parisons. As a result, rates are determined by the interaction of the elements of the hierarchy and opinions are characterized numerically. AHP includes procedures: a synthesis of multiple opinions, obtaining priority criteria, finding alternative solutions.
