Abstract

Міжнародно-правове регулювання сфери спрощення та гармонізації митних процедур здійснюється як на багатосторонньому (універсальному та регіональному) рівні, так i на двосторонньому (білатеральному) рівні. Двосторонні міжнародні договори у сфері спрощення та гармонізації митних процедур у сфері міжнародної торгівлі укладаються між державами i можуть бути міждержавними, міжурядовими та міжвідомчими. Не можна забувати i про інші форми двостороннього співробітництва держав у митній сфері, наприклад, із надання технічної допомоги тощо
