Resilience in Healthcare Organizations: Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract

Основним напрямком цієї роботи є бібліометричний аналіз наукової літератури про стійкість організацій і, зокрема, про те, що можна впровадити в організаціях охорони здоров’я. Основна мета цього дослідження — отримати огляд відповідних досліджень стійкості в організаціях охорони здоров’я, визначити сучасні теми і спрогнозувати теми майбутніх досліджень. Досягнення поставленої мети передбачає виконання наступних завдань: аналіз тенденцій публікацій, масштабів, країн, які найбільше займаються дослідженнями стійкості в організаціях та організаціях, які фінансують ці дослідження; аналіз впливу публікацій, авторів і статей; аналіз напрямів (кластерів) сучасних досліджень стійкості організацій; прогноз майбутніх напрямків досліджень. Крім того, це дослідження дозволило визначити місце публікацій щодо колективного інтелекту, інновацій, співпраці та підходу участі в охороні здоров’я на основі різноманітних даних з існуючих публікацій.The main focus of this work is a bibliometric analysis of scientific literature on the sustainability of organizations and, in particular, on what can be implemented in health care organizations. The primary objective of this study is to obtain an overview of relevant research on sustainability in health care organizations, identify current topics, and predict future research topics. Achieving the set goal involves the following tasks: analysis of trends in publications, scales, countries that are most engaged in sustainability research in organizations and organizations that finance this research; analysis of the influence of publications, authors and articles; analysis of directions (clusters) of modern research on the sustainability of organizations; forecast of future directions of research. In addition, this study allowed us to identify the place of publications on collective intelligence, innovation, collaboration and participatory approach in health care based on a variety of data from existing publications.
