Abstract
У статті розглянуто найбільш актуальні питання бюджетної правотворчості, проаналізовано фактори, що впливають на її ефективність, виокремлено стадії. Дослідження ознак бюджетної правотворчості дозволило виявити її особливості. Запропоновані авторські визначення понять «бюджетна правотворчість» та «бюджетне планування».
The article deals with the study of the most actual matters of budget lawmaking; it was analyzed the factors influencing on its efficiency and singled out the stages of it. The investigation of budget lawmaking characteristics made it possible to single out its peculiarities. It was suggested author's definition of the concept „budget lawmaking” and „budget planning”.
