Abstract
У цій роботі автор розглядає предмет оцінки ефективності реальних інвестицій. Автор вказує на недоліки методик, які використовувалися раніше, і підкреслює важливість нової методики , яка має ряд переваг в порівнянні з попереднім. В цій роботі були розглянуті головна теза однієї з методик оцінки ефективності та основні показники цього методичного.
In this work the author considers subject of the estimate of efficiency of the real investment. The author points out the drawbacks of the methodic which was used before and stresses the importance on the new methodic whit has a number former of advantages over previous one. The main thesis of one of methodizes of the efficiency estimate and the main indexes of this methodic are covered in this work.
